Responsibilities

▪ Execute marketing plans that meet overall business goals for the Greater China Region, on an offline activity and brand marketing level

▪ Take a leading role with the planning and production of unique hosted events in Greater China from the beginning to end, including ideation, logistics, budget, partner coordination, vendor selection, branding, documentation and follow-up

▪ Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders from across the company: Customer Success, Sales, Product, and the Global Marketing Teams

▪ Work with AppsFlyer’s Global Events team to execute major industry events in Greater China from participation to sponsorship levels

▪ Work closely with other Marketing function managers within AppsFlyer, including PR/ Social, Paid Media, Branding, Content, etc to make sure a high-efficient cross-functional collaboration

▪ Work with the Global team localizing marketing assets, creative development to make sure a high-quality brand presence via offline events in GCR and keep consistent with global brand guidance

▪ Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

▪ Experience in the mobile, digital marketing and/or advertising space.

▪ Working experience in global agencies and in-house event marketing is a strong plus

▪ Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member

Minimum Qualifications

▪ Native Chinese speaker and communicator

▪ Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

▪ Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic excellence

▪ 5+ years of event marketing experience, in B2B or high-tech field

▪ Self-starter; able to work independently in a rapidly growing company with a startup mindset; Strong multi-tasking skills

▪ Strong analytical skills and effective 'growth hacker' capabilities
