据外媒报道，美国国税局（IRS）正准备与Facebook在美国税务法庭相见，若Facebook败诉，或将面临90亿美元罚款。Facebook一直被指控通过将利润转移至国外子公司，来规避美国本土的高额税款。IRS指出，Facebook支付的税款远比公司应付税款少得多。

Snowflake is raising new funding at a valuation of $12.4 billion, multiple sources tell Forbes. The round, which is set to raise $479 million, is expected to be led by growth investor Dragoneer Investment Group with participation from Salesforce, according to a source with knowledge of the round.

Sony and Amazon have cancelled their presence at Mobile World Congress 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak. LG, ZTE, Nvidia, and Ericsson have already cancelled various events that were set to take place at MWC in Barcelona, which is the biggest mobile technology trade show on the annual calendar. Following Sony and Amazon’s decision, TCL also announced it would not be holding a press conference at the show, but the company still plans to attend.

Netskope has always focused its particular flavor of security on the cloud, and as more workloads have moved there, it has certainly worked in its favor. Today the company announced a $340 million investment on a valuation of nearly $3 billion.
Sequoia Capital Global Equities led the round, but in a round this large, there were a bunch of other participating firms, including new investors Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and PSP Investments, along with existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Accel, Base Partners, ICONIQ Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Geodesic Capital and Social Capital. Today’s investment brings the total raised to more than $740 million, according to Crunchbase data.
5.软银投资的印度打车应用Ola正式在伦敦推出服务
The UK's taxi app market has stepped up a gear with the launch of Indian firm Ola's services in London. The ride-hailing company began operating in Cardiff in 2018 and has since spread to other UK locations. It has its sights trained on US-based rival Uber, which is appealing against a decision to end its London licence following repeated safety failures.
But one expert sees the sector as a "winner-take-all" market that can only be profitable as a monopoly business. Ola says it already has three million customers across the UK and hopes to be number one in London within a year.
