◆ About the Mid-Market Department
The Mid Market Sales Channel is critical tothe growth of Criteo. Thisteam is primarily a phone based sales channel whereoutbound calling and e-mailprospection are the primary methods for contactingclients and driving newbusiness. Criteo is actively looking for further greatdynamic talents to joinits advertiser sales department to drive the acquisitionof new business anddevelop the existing ones.
◆ About the role
SalesManager help launch Criteo’s MidMarket operations in China. You will be joininga dynamic, highly successful,global team with big growth plans. As one of thefoundation sales on the ground,you will need to be pro-active, autonomousindividual, hungry to win newbusiness and develop the opportunity this marketpresents.
◆ Responsibilities
•Prospect, penetrate and create newrelationships with small andmedium advertising companies by various effectiveapproaches in Greater Chinaarea.
•Manage a portfolio of small and mediumsized clients within thearea.Develop relationships at all levelsincluding thebusiness owner, C-suite, Marketing Executives, and E-commerceManagers.
•Exceed sales goals and revenuetargets
◆ Requirements
•BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevantskills or equivalentexperience)
•1-3 years of relevantsales experience withsuccessful insidesales / phone based sales experience.
•Excellent business acumen and pitchskills,fluent in both Chinese and English languages.
•Ability to work and deliver strong resultsin a fast paced, dynamicteam environment.
