Digital Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Generate digital strategies for clients based on client needs and consumer insights
Create tactical plans based on overall strategy and following thoughts
To verify the work are correctly done by subordinates before sending to internal/external contacts
Insuring that planners, and executives are fully trained on all aspects of online media planning including planning processes, use of research tools
Balance job tasks between subordinates dependent on their availabilities and capabilities
Requirements:
Mini. 4 years proven experience of account service or planning position in digital / media agency, consulting company (4A agency is preferred);
Familiar with research data/tools available in the market (e.g. iResearch, etc)
Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred;
Have good education track record in marketing, sensitive with numbers;
Good strategic thinking/communication skill;
Good proposal writing & presentation skills;
Good project management;
Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;
Familiar with airline or travel related industry
English presentation skills

Social Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Leading several social media accounts for international insurance, lifestyle and luxury brands (Hermes, Remy martin, Dubai tourism, Israel tourism etc.)
Strategy and campaign planning - develop social media long-term strategies, plan and manage social media campaigns with content and creative oriented ideas
Project management - oversee the delivery of day-to-day tasks in the team, and coordinate among clients, internal teams, vendors and social platforms to ensure service quality
Team management – lead, manage and motivate team member
Account management - manage the service expectations of the client, and maintain a solid client relationship based on mutual trust and respect
Social listening - use social listening tools to monitor and analyze social buzz
Background Requirements:
3-5 years of social media related experience, 4A agencies or specialized social media agencies preferred
Fluent in both English and Chinese with solid verbal and written communication skills
Live and breathe in China social media vehicles
Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges
Interpersonal, organization & time management skills
Package:
